Android and iOS both offer the ability to do this. But Visible as a carrier does not support it. So each time you switch devices you have to request a new eSIM through the Visible app. It would be nice to be able to convert a physical SIM to an eSIM in your cellular settings. I can do this with AT&T. But again Visible does not support that feature.

I chatted with Visible through their website. It took me about 15 minutes to get the issue resolved. We deleted the eSim, signed out of the app and then they sent a new eSIM through the app. All was working at the end of the session.
