I found these in Southern Ohio, in a park area near a stream with a lot of fallen trees/pulverized wood. I believe this is the right area to find these shrooms, and some of identifiers match the ...Regarding P. caerulipes. So far about 99.999% of the P. caerulipes collected in Ohio are actually a new species described as P. ovoideocystidiata and that paper can also be googled to the article posted here and at other sites.
