Why does my pc keep freezing.
So I had a problem with my laptop freezing for about a second every ~2seconds. I clean installed windows and the problem persisted. I found a problem with my hard drive so I got a new one and replaced it. The problem still persisted. I have a hard drive with linux installed and put it into my laptop and there was no freezing.
