CARE CODE: 201 [LU100] I have a yahoo email and a ATT email. When ATT merged with Yahoo I can no longer log into my Yahoo email. There is a glitch with ATT that when I enter in my email for yahoo it defaults to my ATT email and I know my log in I have had the same log in for 20 plus years I know my password that is not the issue.CARE CODE: 201 [LU100] Here we go again. Got the ol care code: 201. Was using att.net to check email. now using yahoo.com to check mail. Tried on currently.com to check mail. All of them give the same care code. I get the Care code 201 lu100. When I try to change reset password it does not recognize my email or my account ID. What should I do to fix this. I have not tried but assume this will affect my ability to sign in to streaming accounts thru directv. My account is active and my Genie Equipment is working fine.
