P0324 = knock sensor fault, this could be just a bad connector/connection. IMO I wouldn't worry about this right now unless it is an active code. Anyway, I see a trend here.

Also you've already replaced the alternator and are having the same problem.The ECO's fuel gauge isn't calibrated to the 12.6 gallons. It's still calibrated to the 15.6 gallon full tank size. This translates into a "full" ECO tank not showing full on the fuel gauge.
